The Board of Directors (BOD) of Sierra Landing Condominium is proud to announce the recent approval of Scheffres Laundry as the new laundry vendor for the community. As part of this new agreement, Scheffres Laundry will be replacing all washers and dryers in the laundry rooms beginning May 1st through May 3rd. Please note that during this period, the laundry rooms and equipment will not be available for use so plan accordingly.
As part of our new laundry equipment, one free $5 laundry card per unit will be distributed to all owners/residents of units in good standing (no delinquent assessments). The cards will be distributed by each building representative and owners will be required to sign off upon receipt of their cards. These cards may be recharged by going to the laundry card machine located next to the community room.
Please note that upon successful completion of the new installation of equipment, owners will have no more than 3O days to return their tokens for reimbursement. No request for reimbursement will be honored after June 3, 2013.
