Their aim has always been to maintain a database that encompasses all relevant information needed to cater to their clients' requirements and render it on demand to meet the challenges of community management. Their database is designed to allow them to centralize and distribute information received through various means such as letters, emails, phone calls, or fax. With the advent of CommunityWatch, Board Members can now review all communications without any hassle. Metropolis' in-house programmers have been instrumental in guiding the organization towards its unique vision. Over the past two decades, they have consistently harnessed the latest technologies to cater to the needs of their clients. In the past, reports and proposals were provided in spiral-bound notebooks and delivered by snail mail or delivery service. However, now they have adopted electronic formats and deliver them through emails, providing their clients with modern and efficient solutions. |
