Dumping of Bulk Trash items other than normal household trash is NOT PERMITTED

Dumping of Bulk Trash items other than normal household trash (appliances, furniture, mattresses, TV's, carpets, construction debris, etc...) is not permitting by the Sierra Landing Condominium Association. 

Violators will be fined $250.00 per occurrence. 

The Board of Directors and Management ask that all residents be aware of this problem and to cease and desist from it immediately.

Desecho de articulos de basura a granel que no sean la basura normal del hogar no esta permitido

Vertido de articulos de basura a granel que no sean la basura normal del hogar (electrodomesticos, muebles, colchones, televisores, alfombras, escombros de construccion, etc ..) no esta permitido por la Association de Sierra Landing Condominium.

Los infractores serail multados con $ 250.00 por ocurrencia. 

La Directiva y la administracion pide que todos los residentes esten al tanto de este problema y que cesen y desistan de inmediato.
