For safety and security reasons the front entrance door cannot be jammed open at any time for any reason.
The cost to repair the jams is $250.00—$300.00, which the Association has to pay each time. This cost will be passed onto the owners or residents that are causing these problems.
Again, the Board of Directors and Management ask that all residents be aware of this problem and to cease and desist from it immediately.
This is ﬁnal notice. Should this behavior continue, the offender will be called in for a hearing before the Board of Directors, and additional ﬁnes could possibly be assessed.
